When you choose a subscription, the kit price, recurring refill price and delivery frequency shown in the offer and at checkout apply. The standard skincare filter offer delivers a replacement cartridge every two months. Read your checkout summary and confirmation for your selected plan.
You may skip or cancel future renewals through the management link supplied with your subscription or by contacting info@rinselabcompany.com. There is no minimum commitment under our “skip or cancel anytime” offer. Make changes before the next renewal is processed to prevent that renewal. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an already processed order. Withdrawal and return rights remain available where applicable.
We will notify you of material changes to ongoing subscription terms as required by law and will not apply an undisclosed recurring charge. If payment fails, follow the notification instructions or contact us. Our Return and Refund Policy applies to subscription products. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
