These Terms apply to rinselabcompany.com and services provided under the RinseLab brand. Contact: info@rinselabcompany.com, 6 rue Bonnefoi, 69003 Lyon, France. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any inconsistent provision.
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, introduce malicious software or infringe others’ rights. You must have legal capacity to order or the necessary authorisation.
Read product descriptions, compatibility guidance, prices and delivery information before ordering. Filter performance depends on water quality, correct installation, maintenance and cartridge condition. Products are intended for the uses described. They are not a substitute for medical care or a guarantee of a specific skin outcome.
You can review and correct your order before paying. Ordering creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. We send acknowledgement and confirmation by email. If goods cannot be supplied or an evident error affects an order, we will contact you and refund payments for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Prices appear in the selected currency. Taxes, delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Payment uses methods available at checkout. Future price changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. The 60-day commercial return guarantee is additional to mandatory rights. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. Eligible EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right.
Applicable legal guarantees, including the two-year guarantee of conformity and hidden-defect remedies, are not excluded or restricted. Contact us if a product is faulty or non-conforming; repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or refund are available without costs that the law requires the seller to bear.
Subscriptions are optional and require selection at checkout. The recurring price and frequency are displayed before purchase. You can skip or cancel future renewals through subscription management tools or by contacting us. See the Subscription Policy.
Branding and site content are protected by intellectual property rights. Visiting the site grants no right to reuse photographs, logos or commercial content. Third-party rights remain with their owners. You must have the rights to reviews or photographs you submit. Any permission for public marketing use must be valid and does not remove privacy rights.
The store is powered by Shopify. Sales are made with the business operating RinseLab, not Shopify. Third-party services may have their own applicable terms. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We remain responsible for our contractual and statutory obligations. Contact us first with a complaint. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under applicable law.
